Delivery times and receipt of goods

Goods are normally dispatched within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. If your order is likely to take any longer we will contact you.

Your order will be dispatched when every item is available.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the item being sent. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Beyond the Fridge.co.uk values your security. To safeguard this, a signature is usually required to acknowledge receipt of goods.

If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.

We are happy to send items as gifts for people, but, to avoid confusion, please inform them in advance that a parcel from Beyond the Fridge.co.uk is going to be delivered. Note: The value of the goods does not appear on the packing slip.

Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control.
